I’m writing this from my back deck and I can already tell it is going to be a beautiful weekend. The sun will be out and the temps will be chilly enough to remind you that it’s fall. Today will be breezy, tomorrow will not. Get outside and do something fun!
Clouds will begin to move out of Middle Tennessee as we progress through the afternoon and into the evening. We’ll stay dry today, it’ll feel a little cool with some of the cloud cover, high near 50 °. Don’t forget about that wind chill though, as the NWS-Nashville explains:

High temps slightly drop on Friday thanks to a dry cold front, but temperatures will be quick to recover:
17°F before sunrise this morning made today the coldest November 13th on record. The previous record was an 18°F low that was set in 1911.
Arctic air departs today.
We are expected to remain dry throughout the next few days. Any shots of precip will be weak. Ignore what the crap apps are saying. They depend solely on unfiltered model data that is not fact-checked by someone with a brain.
Most of us saw some snow accumulations last night. Here are the highlights.
Official snow totals at BNA was 0.4″. The official forecast was between nothing and 0.5″, so not bad!
We continue to see frigid temps today. We’ve not made it above 28º at the time of writing this and after the sun goes down we’ll quickly drop back down below 25º. From there temps will nose dive into the teens.
