Clear Skies + Mild Temps; Late Week Cold Front
Beautiful start to the week! Crazy to think just last week we saw temps ten degrees below normal. Now highs are right around ten degrees above normal. Temps cap out in the low 70s today, and it doesn’t look all that different through Wednesday. No need to talk about dewps or wind chill… expect comfortable temps and plenty of sunshine for the next couple days.

Foggy Start
Many of us are waking up with a view of only several hundred yards.
This is a view of I-65 just south of the Highway 96 exit, just south of Franklin, at about 9a. This fog should completely mix out by 10 or 11. Take it easy on the roads if you encounter any of the thicker fog.
Seasonal Temps Continue
Our highs and lows are staying right around the monthly average, and steadily getting warmer throughout the next few days. As of now, there is no freeze warning in effect for tonight, but this could change as the day goes on.

The wind will make it feel like we’re in the upper 20’s – low 30’s after midnight into Friday morning. A Freeze Warning is in effect for midnight to 9 AM. Keep those plants covered for at least one more night.

Looking at highs in the mid 50s today, lows in the upper 30s by tomorrow morning. Wind chill is going to make it feel like near-freezing temps just in time for the morning commute tomorrow.
