It is going to be a chilly morning. Frost advisory expired for us at 8 AM, but you still may notice some frost on your car as you head out the door this morning. In addition to this frost, there is the possibility of seeing some dense fog during your AM commute. If you come across it, be sure to use caution.

We have been placed under a Frost Advisory for tomorrow morning. So if you have anything still living that you want to stay that way, you may need to bring it inside or cover it before tonight.

Update: An approaching cold front will sweep through the mid-state overnight with enough moisture to *possibly* wring out a little more rain (no more than an additional 0.10″). The only issue is that there is dry air and it has tended to keep much of the rain from reaching the ground today.

Fair weather evening in store for us. Clouds will continue to hang around through the evening, so no star gazing tonight.
Temps will cool slightly through the evening dropping into the upper 50s by 9 PM. You may want a light jacket if you have any outdoor plans. If you’re planning to stay inside and watch Monday Night Football or something, that’s cool too.
Here is what your “crap app”, as David puts it, forecast looks like. High pressure looks to remain in control. Temps won’t be as warm as we’ve seen lately, but still a bit above average given that it’s November.

Update: We hit 83° at the airport today, which breaks a record set in 2012 and 2003. NWS Nashville says: “Hopefully this will be the last day in the 80s.”

Another day… another record high temperature has been broken for Nashville. This afternoon we reached 84°, thus breaking the old 83° record from 1982.
Whether you are planning to stay home for the evening, or head downtown for the CMA Awards, no jacket needed for any of your evening plans. Those aforementioned clouds will build in through the evening, helping to trap in those warm temperatures.

Prelim temp data at BNA (needs final confirmation) is 30°C = 86°F, that would be the hottest on record this late in the year.
