17°F before sunrise this morning made today the coldest November 13th on record. The previous record was an 18°F low that was set in 1911.
Arctic air departs today.
We are expected to remain dry throughout the next few days. Any shots of precip will be weak. Ignore what the crap apps are saying. They depend solely on unfiltered model data that is not fact-checked by someone with a brain.
Most of us saw some snow accumulations last night. Here are the highlights.
Official snow totals at BNA was 0.4″. The official forecast was between nothing and 0.5″, so not bad!
We continue to see frigid temps today. We’ve not made it above 28º at the time of writing this and after the sun goes down we’ll quickly drop back down below 25º. From there temps will nose dive into the teens.

A cold front will sweep the region Monday, bringing rain, cooler temperatures, and the potential for some winter precipitation (if any at all).
We’re staying dry, but it’s still going to be pretty chilly out there tonight. We’ll drop to 25°. Brrr…
The good news is that the weekend will be warmer.
Saturday will be up to 54° and Sunday even warmer up into the mid 60s. We’ll steer clear of rain for the weekend and stick with the sun, so any plans will be in great shape!
