High temperatures both days will approach 70º. We will be much closer to our record high (74º, set in 1971) than we will be to the average for this time of year (50º). 2020 is going out with a bang, but then again, who’s surprised?
It’s a cold and gray morning out there. The good news: drizzly til lunchtime, then clearing this afternoon.
High temperatures this afternoon will be around 49º. Tonight, we will drop to 34º. Wind chill will make it feel like the high 20’s, though.
Don’t expect this to be you today. Looks like maybe a dusting today. No major travel impacts expected here, but as always this will be watched. A few degrees here or there will make the difference between splat:melt and a dusting.
Another beautiful day is in the books for us today! High temperatures will hover in the low 60’s and rain should stay well to our south. Clouds will clear up for plenty of sunshine!
On Sunday, a low pressure system will take shape to our southwest. This will bring us lots of rain Sunday night into Monday.

The HRRR model predicts rain this afternoon. It looks like it’s predicting more rain than we see coming on radar:
The rain should end around dark. HRRR model is showing about 0.4″ or so (below), but expect less than that. NWS-Nashville expects about 0.25″.

Sun will be plentiful today. Temperatures will peak around 64º this afternoon. Expect a slight breeze from the north, which may make temperatures feel a few degrees cooler.
Saturday things are looking clear and mostly sunny! Temperatures will reach the upper 60’s.
Temperatures will soar up to 80º today.
The record high for November 9 is 81º (set back in 2005). We will certainly get close. I’m placing my bets on tying the record today.
If you thought we were done with humidity, you were wrong! Dew points will peak around 60º.
Uncomfortable? No. Unusual? Yes. Pumpkin spicey? LOL no.
Temperatures Tuesday will peak around 65º and cool off to the mid-40’s overnight.
More about today: Clear skies. No rain.
