So far today we have stayed, for the most part, rain-free. Latest radar scans do not show a whole lot on the radar, so good news so far. Into the rest of the evening, we will still need to keep an eye on showers attempting to move our way.
Today appears to be our last day without those afternoon isolated shower chances. Enjoy our one last semi-bearable day.

Into this evening, clear skies will prevail. Temps will not drop as low as they have in recent times, with overnight lows only expected to reach down into the low 70s.

Late tonight, we could see a few scattered showers. The latest run of the HRRR shows these showers moving in around to after midnight tonight. Unless you are up that late, you probably won’t even wake up from them.
Right now we are in a dry-ish waiting game period. There are still a few scattered showers to our west, but the bulk of the rain and storms have moved on to the east. Additionally, the Flash Flood Watch for our area has been cancelled.
Showers and some strong to severe thunderstorms are possible. Today will be one of those if you absolutely must do something/drive somewhere today, do it early rather than later.
This morning, we do have a chance of seeing a few scattered showers. However, the main bulk of showers and thunderstorms should arrive sometime around or after lunchtime.

Into this evening, clouds will continue to move in. We may begin to see some showers move in this evening, but these will likely hold off until after midnight.
Into the evening hours tonight, skies will continue to clear out even more than they already have. There is mention of patchy foggy possibly developing after midnight, so if you are out that late be sure to use caution while driving.
Tomorrow looks to be a pretty close repeat of today. The only differences for tomorrow will be that our high temps will reach the mid-90s and we will have to re-introduce those summertime pop-up shower chances.
Another batch of early morning sunshine is expected tomorrow with highs reaching into the 90s. By the afternoon, showers and thunderstorms could develop with some becoming severe.
Once we reach the afternoon hours, it will become fair game for showers and thunderstorms to develop. Models are a bit inconsistent when it comes to timing for tomorrow, hence the large time frame.
It’s that time of year again. A couple of summer-like days will start the week with sunny skies during the days with highs topping off in the upper 80s. Dew point temps will reach into the low 70s now through Wednesday, ushering in those very uncomfortable outdoor conditions.
