I know most of us are pretty excited to watch 2020 go and move into the New Year of 2021!
The weather, unfortunately, remains gross – rain, rain, and more rain.
HRRR model indicates some light rain/drizzle on and off until early afternoon hours. We’ll see a break in the rain from mid-afternoon until early this evening.
Clouds and sun next couple of days. Unseasonably warm for winter.
Heavy rain will spill out of a robust weather system that’ll pass to our west Wednesday and Thursday. Northwest of the low (the big red L below), snow. We’ll be southeast of the low, so rain.
Another day, another high in the low 70s this afternoon. Above-average temps for much of the state rollover from yesterday into today, but don’t get too comfortable with these highs.
Average highs for this time of year are near the low 50s, so we’re sitting about 20° above average!
Not just any fog… Freezing Fog. Fog that forms when temperatures are at or below freezing.
Most of it has dissipated by the time of this posting.
Pretty quiet morning for most of Middle Tennessee. Lingering clouds moving off to the east will make way for some sunshine for the rest of the day.
