Drier Pattern Begins Wednesday, Finally! Until Then, Dodge Those Showers.

A thunderstorm complex passed mostly south of us this morning. We have slight chance of showers and storms in the Nashville area this afternoon; however, the HRRR model shows a majority of the shower/storm activity will be south and east of the city. Said threat will taper off by the afternoon, so most (hopefully all) activities are looking good. read more

Heat Advisory to the West, Monitoring the Upcoming Holiday Week

The National Weather Service has issued a Heat Advisory again today for areas west of Nashville. That means the heat index is supposed to be in the range of 103º to 105º. We shouldn’t get that hot here, but it’ll be close. Heat indices will be near 100º today in Nashville. read more
