However, the HRRR may be overdoing the coverage of rainfall. Other models depict more of an off/on rain event. Actual radar returns to our SW suggest they may be on to something.

Most of the rain we saw overnight has pushed off to the east . There will be a few pesky isolated showers in our area this morning, but nothing really umbrella worthy.

Highs are 56° Friday and 58° Saturday. The Friday AM wake-up temp will only get down to 47°, and only 50° early Saturday AM.
Yeah, we’ll see rain late tonight. Here’s the HRRR’s ETA, around 11 PM or so. Rain will be kinda brief and moderate, that’s all.

Clouds will gather slowly overnight. It’ll be cold Thursday morning, but not as cold as it’s been this week. 31° is the forecast morning low.
Rain is coming Thursday night. This won’t be a lot of rain, just a little — spread out over a long time. The off/on kind.

Surface high pressure to the east will be influencing our wind flow.
Winds have shifted from the north to out of the south for the rest of the week. The southerly winds will continue to pull in moisture from the Gulf as we end the work week. Dew points will increase each just adding a tad more moisture into our area.

Temps will fall into the upper 30°s after 5:00 pm.
Through the overnight temperatures will be cold again in the mid 20°s under a clear sky.

We will warm up in the afternoon, all thanks to this high to the northeast with winds beginning to shift from the north to the east/southeast. Expect mostly sunny conditions for with temperatures near seasonal normal.

It’ll get colder Monday. The lowest high temp this winter has been 42°; NWS has us only at 39°. Same for Tuesday, high of 41°.
Each morning will bring lows in the 20°s.
