Almost a repeat of last week.
Cooler temps today, winds a little gusty at times but nothing crazy.
If you enjoy the 60’s, soak it all in today and tomorrow because we quickly warm back into the 80’s by Wednesday.
Now through the afternoon looks great, lots of sun, will feel like spring outside.
Then some question marks start to arise.
The HRRR model shows some pop-up showers forming to our west during the early evening hours. This particular run of the HRRR thinks these don’t really make it here or they miss us to our north. Other models agree, and think we miss out on rain/storms, giving green lights for outdoor activities tonight (until midnight but this will be later addressed). This is all positive news. However, models are not right all the time. I see no reason to not go forth with your plan A but have an indoor plan B justtt in case. Don’t let rain break your heart.
One more day of pure sunshine. Enjoy it because unfortunately rain chances make a return.
This “chance of rain” tomorrow does not look like much. The majority of the day will be nice.
The HRRR model (above) shows a band of light rain moving north around dinner time tomorrow. Our air will be very dry and it’ll take a while for it to make it to the ground. This does not look like it would rain out any games.
We’re still on the warm and dry pattern, and will stay that way through Thursday. It’s National Pet Day, perfect weather for taking your dog, cat, lizard, etc. on a walk.
Rain chances return Friday and look to stick around for the weekend. Details are still fuzzy right now, but no severe weather is expected. The rain also doesn’t look like the washout kind.
The clouds and rain are gone, the sun is out, and we are looking at a beautiful day ahead. This is prime egg hunting weather.
Monday thru Thursday will be very similar, just a few degrees warmer each day. No rain chances until maybe Friday, but even those are low as of right now. We are nearing, historically, peak severe weather season, and a quiet week this time of the year is a blessing, or grace?
Rain is mostly confined to our southeast, but some stray showers aren’t wanting to leave. HRRR model (below) continues to show chances of these stray showers hanging around all day.
It won’t be particularly heavy rain, just enough to make you slightly annoyed. You can always check the radar here: Radar – Nashville Severe Weather
As of 11am, rain is mostly confined to the SE corner of WillCo., and will slowly continue to push out, clouds will stick around for the day though. You can check the radar anytime here: Radar – Nashville Severe Weather
