The bulk of the rain has moved on out already, but we’ll still deal with some scattered showers thru this afternoon.
This will not be the end of the rain, as more showers will move in Tuesday evening.

As expected, rain is slowly moving in this morning. We’ll deal with on/off showers throughout most of the day. Not ideal for outdoor plans this afternoon and evening, but rain gear should do the trick. Just some showers, no thunderstorms expected. Just some really nice weather today. Low 70s for high temps will probably be the warmest temps we see for a while.
“[I]f you don`t have outdoor plans, you may want to rethink that.” says NWS Nashville. Whether it’s the Vandy game, some outdoor Fall activity – I’d do it all today.
Rain chances return to the forecast on Sunday and stick around for at least the first half of next week.
Hard to dial up better Fall weather than what we get today and Saturday.
Crisp, cool mornings with warm afternoons – no rain. Perfect for all the outdoor activities going on over the next ~36 hours – which there is a lot of.

Ideal weather happening thru Saturday.
Tonight will be the coldest night so far this Fall, with lows falling to the upper 30s in some spots. Maybeee a few rural spots see some frost, but regardless, you won’t see any Freeze Products issued for the remainder of this year due to growing season being largely over with.

Basically a copy + paste forecast thru Saturday.
High temps near 70°, lows in the 40s. I have zero complaints about this.
No rain thru Saturday. Good news for those with outdoor plans Saturday – which will be a perfect day to do Fall activities, a pumpkin patch, drinking apple cider, maybe a haunted house, all of it.
Warm-ish afternoons and cool mornings will be the theme throughout the week.
Wind gusts up to 25mph possible this afternoon and Wednesday afternoon.

These temperatures are just in time for some of that Fall color to really start coming in on the trees.
BNA bottomed out at 42° this morning, which to my knowledge (don’t quote me on this) is the coolest we’ve been so far this Fall.

Temperatures throughout the week won’t differ too much.
After dealing with above-average temperatures for what feels like a long time, I’m happy to say we will get to deal with some true Fall weather this entire week.

Winds will continue to be breezy throughout the afternoon, gusts up to 35mph.
Summary: A weakening line of storms will arrive roughly between midnight – 2a, carrying a low chance of damaging straight-line winds, and a very, very, very low chance of a brief tornado. We’ll be following this the whole way thru.
