High temps this weekend will be in the mid to upper 80s – about 10° above average for this time of the year. A few spots may end up hitting 90° on Sunday. On average, our last 90° day is September 15, so this would certainly be a bit late in the season, but nothing unheard of.
Good news is a cold front is expected to push thru Sunday PM, and set up some great Fall-like weather for next week.
No rain expected in the next 7 or so days.
PSA: for any fall-breakers headed to S Florida, heavy rain will be possible over the next week as a potential tropical disturbance makes its’ way into the area. Looks like the Panhandle will avoid the majority of the rain.
