The weather today is pretty nice if you enjoy a crisp and sunny winter day. A steady wind should mix out any fog or haze in the sky. Temperatures hover in the 30s. Black ice is still possible in areas that haven’t fully dried, although that will become much less common after today.
On Saturday, our warm-up begins. But along with it some cloudiness in the afternoon. No rain is expected per NWS Nashville. Temperatures begin below, freezing, but rise to nearly 50° during the day. The warmup and sun continue until Tuesday of next week.
Rain returns Tuesday, but timing and amounts are a little vague with model disagreement. We’ll be watching. Enjoy the sun!
