Low Rain Amounts Expected Tuesday

Drought continues. A new seasonal drought forecast from the Climate Prediction Center isn’t encouraging. They forecast the drought to continue for us and continue to develop over the rest of the Southeast.

We should be done with freezing temps for a while. Notice temps back off again Wednesday. Hark…a cold front.

That cold front could bring us some rain Tuesday, or more likely, Tuesday night. Rain amounts are trending lower. Maybe a quarter inch. Not a drought buster by any means. We’ll have a better idea on timing as we get closer.
