Current Radar
Tonight: Mostly Cloudy – Temps Drop Into the Low-50s
Those never ending clouds will stick around into the overnight period. Current satellite imagery displays the constant cloud cover in and surrounding our area:
Temps will drop a little, only into the lower 50s overnight.
Thursday: Mostly Sunny, Some Clouds – Wake Up 52° High 77°
Tomorrow is going to be a good day. Temps rebound back into the upper 70s very nicely. Will have some clouds pass by throughout the day, but for the most part, fairly clear skies for all of that sunshine.
Friday: Rain, Non-Severe Thunderstorm Possible – Wake Up 60° High 70°
That sunshine happiness can only last so long. Unfortunately, Friday looks to be a complete wash. Chance of showers throughout the day.
NAM 4 gives us some hope showing fairly scattered showers off and on through the day starting in the early morning period:
GFS and Euro show pretty consistent rainfall starting in the early AM as well and continuing through the majority of the day.
GFS model thinks it'll rain a lot on Friday. Official forecast has half this much, but still ~ 1". pic.twitter.com/gItsH0zZdw

Euro model also has well over 1" of rain falling Friday. Even the NAM model pours Friday.

Rain should begin to clear out late Friday night. Could see a thunderstorm or two with these showers, any thunderstorm that may develop should not be severe. Expecting about 1 to 2 inches when all is said and done.
Weekend Outlook: Looks Nice
*Update for those with outdoor plans on Saturday. Officially we have a 30% chance of showers before 8 AM. Any afternoon plans should be in the clear, but morning plans may be a bit damp. Areas to the East of I-65 have a better chance of seeing those AM showers.*
General thinking now is once the showers leave on Friday, they will be gone until mid next week. Good news for everyone with outdoor plans this weekend.
