Nice Weekend. Gross Week.

Current Radar

Sunday – Sunny, Clouds Arrive Late – Wake Up 35°, High 64°

NWS-Nashville announced they’re not issuing Frost or Freeze Advisories/Warnings for the rest of the winter. We may dip under freezing in some spots just before sunup, but officially we should stay just above freezing.

We’ll warm back up again in the afternoon as clouds slowly work closer.

Rainy, Maybe Stormy, Week Ahead

There’s a small chance of rain Monday, but as we get into Tuesday the good rain, and maybe storm, dynamics arrive. It’ll be another one of those “high shear/low CAPE” events, the third one this month, common in November.

As alert readers will remember, in this environment, just a little bit of storm energy (CAPE) — if we get it — can really do bad things. Right now, my worry meter is low.

Rain, however, will be plentiful. Through Thursday morning, we may see over 2″

Most of this rain should fall Tuesday into Wednesday.
