Current Observations and Radar (trying something new)
Tonight – Don’t Cancel Your Plans
We had a couple of no-quite-severe storms, including small hail in N Davidson Co and this wet microburst:
A look at the HRRR for the rest of tonight looks pretty grim for outdoor stuff:
But, I think this model is overdoing it, and most of the evening should be OK for the Williamson Co Fair, Need To Breathe concert, etc.
That said, we cannot rule out any more showers or storms tonight, so stay close to your radar and follow us on Twitter @NashSevereWx.
Saturday & Sunday – Low Rain Probabilities – Highs 89° & 90°
The pattern looks the same both days: rain is possible both days during the heat of the day. We aren’t expecting a wash out, and most of us will stay dry.
Yay.
Humidity will be set to “August.”
