Have You Seen Atlanta Today? Aren’t You Glad You’re In Nashville?

(Editor’s Note: Management does not condone The Intern’s controversial anti-snow title).

Current Official Hourly Observation (taken at :53 on the hour) & Radar

Tonight – Clouds Clearing – Midnight Temp 10

Atlanta this afternoon…

(Editor’s Note: this looks like normal Atlanta traffic flow).

We got snow-domed today. Management tweeted this work of true art earlier today.

Tonight, we expect wind chills ranging from 0° to 6°.

It’s perfectly normal to not want to go outside.

Spring returns March 20, 2014, at 11:57 A.M. Days away:

Wednesday – Sunny, Yet Still Below Freezing – Morning Low 7 / Afternoon High 26

6a 8 . 9a 14 . 12p 22 . 3p 26 . 6p 22 . 9p 19

Relatively calm winds will take the edge off the cold. Wind chills will moderate into the 20°s by the afternoon.

Thursday – Above Freezing & Sunny  Morning Low 10 / Afternoon High 42

6a 13 . 9a 22 . 12p 33 . 3p 39 . 6p 37 . 9p 35

Can I get a “What what?” (Editor’s Note: I don’t feel the need to explain that. #GenerationGap)

Finally above freezing by lunch, but the winds return: 15 – 20 mph, gusting up to 30 mph.

There is a slight chance of rain/snow coming in, but it’s too speculative and unlikely to say anything more about it right now.
