Winds are decreasing overnight. While temps will still be cold, wind chills are starting to improve.

The sun will be out, but the temps will still be well below average.

Warmer winds from the south come to the rescue, finally! This will set us up for our next chance of rain on Thursday. Earlier today, it looked like  there was a chance of a snow/mix early Thursday morning, but that’s now out of the forecast.
