Tonight – Sporadic Light Rain Showers (and maybe hail!) – Overnight Low 39
This disturbance in Missouri and Illinois surprised us today:
It’s so cold aloft, some of the raindrops froze and fell to ground as small hail. This will remain possible tonight as more isolated showers dive southeast into Middle Tennessee (HRRR model Saturday 4 PM – Midnight):
Any hail will be tiny and will pose no danger to your garden gnomes, helicopters, or unruly children.
Behind this rain is a reinforcing shot of cooler air.
Sunday – Clear – High 59
7a 40 . 10a 48 . 1p 56 . 4p 58 . 7p 52 . 10p 47
It will be clear, sunny, cool, and dry. Much better than Saturday.
Monday – Mostly Sunny – Morning Low 40, Afternoon High 65
7a 41 . 10a 52 . 1p 61 . 4p 64 . 7p 58 . 10p 53
Clear and a bit warmer in the afternoon. Our reliable southerly winds will return to help us reach the mid 60s.
Middle of Next Week – Rain?
More rain is wanting to make its way into the forecast. Right now the timing is Wednesday night – Thursday morning.
