We got 0.22″ of rain at the airport today.

The GOES-East (Geosynchronous Operational Environmental Satellite) water vapor imagery shows the dry air (black/dark) finally pushing the moisture (grey/white) out.

Our NWS’s Hazardous Weather Outlook predicts a foggy morning:

The sun will appear shortly thereafter and warm us up nicely.

Friday – Clearing – High 84

Autumn t-shirt & shorts weather. Beautiful for Friday night football.

Weekend Update

Saturday will be wonderful for all outdoor activities.

Sunday’s Titans game … could be better. An approaching front will be to blame for a chance of rain. Rain looks more likely in the afternoon/evening than in the morning. Don’t take too much from the timing — it’s still too far away for anyone to pinpoint whether, and certainly when, we’ll need rain jackets.
