Normally there is at least something to write about in these blogs.
Today – and really most of this week – will be the rare exception.

We have no rain chances thru the end of this week, even creeping into early next week.
The total rainfall map from the WPC shows the story quite well. We aren’t alone in this, as most of the southeast and Mid-Atlantic will see very little to no rain during this time as well.

Certainly not the best news for any of our worsening drought conditions, although at least most of us saw near 1″ of rain last week which will help.

Our temperatures will gradually warm up throughout the week. Cool mornings, but by late week highs return to the low to mid 80s.
