September Trending Drier

Although most of us saw some decent rain this past weekend, we probably won’t see any more drought-busting rain for a while.

Can’t rule out a quick shower for a couple of folks today due to a trough moving thru, but most of us will stay dry.

That will be the theme this week – dry – outside of some low rain chances Thursday + Friday. Even then, the better rain chances will be to our south and we may see up to 0.2″ of rain – if we are lucky.

In fact, both the GFS and Euro ensembles show around 0.25″ of rain for us thru the next 10 days. Not the best news for our overall dryness.

Temps during the work week will be slightly above-average before a sneak peek at Fall this weekend.

Also not to be a Debbie Downer, but it doesn’t look like those Fall-like temps will stick around long. Most models think high temps return to the mid/upper 80s later next week.
