The groundhog did not see his shadow today, well duh because it was cloudy? Based off tradition, that means we are in for an early spring.
Today it sure seems like he nailed it. Plenty of sun got our high temps all the way up into the low 70s. Feels more like 4/2 instead of 2/2. Either way, I’d give today a 10/10.
This mild trend looks to continue for at least the next week.
Only hiccup could happen Sunday when some very minor rain chances show up.
HRRR model (above) shows a majority of the rain staying to our southwest, with only a few occasional light showers throughout the day. No big deal.
After that, no rain chances as of right now until maybe later next week. Hopefully this holds true, and we can just enjoy the nice weather.
