Well, two big things happened today. Starbucks released their Pumpkin Spice flavors. Nashville also hit 100°.
Today is for sure more of a PSL Cold Brew kind of day. Heat index values ranged from 105°-110°.
Tomorrow will be similar as high temps flirt with 100°, and heat index values stay in the 105°-110° range.
Take this heat seriously, if you have to be outside, take frequent breaks in the shade (A/C ideally) and drink plenty of water. Look before you lock.
Saturday is our last day dealing with this brutal heat.
Rain chances also return Saturday. A few lucky ones may see some action. Rainfall totals the next 7 days look to be 0.25-0.5″. Meh.
Sunday high temps relax into the upper 80’s and stay that way for a while. Whew.
