On a Monday, Dale. Don’t get too excited. But it will be a very welcome change. Sunday afternoon could actually be a nice one if the clouds depart a little early. We’re very excited over here.

Rain timing is pretty solid at this point. It begins after lunch today and ends a bit after midnight. Below is the HRRR . A rumble of thunder is possible, but nothing severe.

Radar timing agrees. Rain is currently crossing the Mississippi.
So… a wet day today. Sun emerges tomorrow afternoon/Monday. Beyond?
Rain.

Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday look very wet. We’re outlooked on the WPC QPF for Day 5 and could see an inch and a half of rain during that period. These values will almost certainly fluctuate, but it’s a signal for a big rainfall.

We’ll be on twitter and instagram with the latest through the afternoon and evening. Enjoy your weekend!
