Current Radar
Tonight: Cloudy, Could Still See Some Rain
So far today model guidance has not been much of any help at all. Starting to see some scattered showers around the Middle TN region, but so far not a whole lot has developed for Davidson and Williamson Counties.
Cloud cover should continue through the rest of the day, wouldn’t be surprised if we end up seeing a shower or two tonight though.
HRRR (did a poor job this morning) still wants to keep some scattered showers around our area into the early evening periods….we will see.
I would say have the umbrella or poncho just in case. Temps should stay fairly consistent through the evening; dropping into the low 70s by early tomorrow morning.
Thursday: Clouds and Rain Continue – High 85°
Expecting for our Thursday to look much like what was originally in the forecast for Wednesday. The only difference is that there are decent rain chances through the entire day. Showers should remain fairly scattered at times, but will continue to move through the Middle Tennessee region. I would keep an umbrella handy all day tomorrow.
Extended Outlook: Scattered Showers Linger On
Showers will continue to linger on as we enter the weekend. As the rain maker continues to move Eastward, it will lose a lot of its’ energy which will still give us decent chances of rain, but they will become increasingly more scattered opposed to one big line of showers.
Where and when we will see showers is completely up to mother nature at this point. Since showers will likely be scattered some of us may see more rain than others and at different points in the weekend.
After Sunday, things look to dry up and cool down a bit:
Won’t last forever, but it will be nice to see those temps come down for a the time being…hopefully.
