Really no change in the forecast from Tuesday’s blog.

Very nice weather will be in store for us thru at least the beginning of next week. Temperatures will continue to warm into the 80s, and we’ll threaten daily record highs again by early to mid next week.

Still no meaningful rain chances thru early next week. I think we eventually will get a frontal passage by maybe Wednesday or Thursday of next week – but that’s way out there.

Our lack of rain is adding up. The new Drought Monitor was released today, showing both of our counties in a Moderate Drought. Year-to-date, Nashville is 5.37″ below average for rainfall, with not much in the forecast to help reduce that. Things are likely to get worse before they get better.
