Today is the last somewhat chilly day for a while, although we’ll be slightly above average.
Monday thru Friday we’ll be nothing short of warm – even near record warmth Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (record high is 71° all of these days).

Rain returns to the forecast on Thursday and Friday. Timeframes are still iffy this far out; best guess right now is Thursday evening and Friday evening. This could and probably will change.
While some thunderstorms aren’t out of the question, severe weather is currently not a concern. We’ll keep an eye on things and keep y’all posted. For now, we can just enjoy the very warm weather.
