Light Showers Today and Tuesday, Very Warm Christmas

Stray, light showers will be possible starting this afternoon, with chances continuing thru early Wednesday (Christmas Eve) morning.

These look to be quick and very light. I don’t see any need to alter any plans, maybe just a rain jacket for any last-minute Christmas shopping or any holiday parties.

Any showers should move out early Christmas Eve morning, and we’ll be left with a dry Christmas and rest of the week.

Temperatures will continue to warm well above average for this time of year. Our low temperatures will be warmer than our average high temperatures.

Highs will be near 70° Wednesday thru Saturday. We’ll be ~25° above average on Christmas Day. Our record high is 76° (recently set back in 2016).

Temperatures will cool down a bit towards New Years. No hazardous weather expected over the next 7 days.
