Showers This Evening + Monday Night, Maybe a Few Flakes Tuesday AM

We’ll be dry until this afternoon when a gross, cold rain will move in.

Latest HRRR model think rain starts ~5p, continuing on/off thru the overnight hours.

Majority of the rain should be gone by sunrise Sunday morning. Titans game, any other outdoor activities will be dry but cool as highs only reach the mid 40s.

Highs in the 40s will be common throughout the week, waking up with temps below freezing most mornings. I suppose the cold start to December will be making up for our mild November.

Our next shot at precipitation will be Monday night into Tuesday morning.

For the majority of the “event” – all precip will likely fall as rain, with temperatures in the mid 30s. Come early Tuesday morning, we may briefly get to 32° and see a few flakes fly or some sleet. No accumulation is currently expected. Temperatures will quickly rise back above freezing (if they ever make it to freezing) during the day on Tuesday.

I think the Euro model (shown below) has a good guess on how things play out – but things can always change.

No other chances of precipitation until maybe Friday – but any confidence in that right now is very low.
