Daily Rain Chances Thru Thursday

As expected, rain is slowly moving in this morning. We’ll deal with on/off showers throughout most of the day. Not ideal for outdoor plans this afternoon and evening, but rain gear should do the trick. Just some showers, no thunderstorms expected. Also will give the HRRR model a go, looping from Sunday afternoon thru 1p Monday.

Rain should begin to taper off around lunchtime on Monday.

Our next window for rain looks to be Tuesday evening thru middle of the day Wednesday. More beneficial rain, maybe a rumble of thunder, but no severe weather expected. Hard to nail down specific timing due to the scattered nature of the showers.

More showers will be possible Thursday, but these should be more off than on.

Rainfall totals thru the week should add up to the 1-2″ range, no flood concerns.

Good news is that rain should move out by Friday (Halloween), allowing for dry trick or treating. Next weekend also appears to be dry, for now at least.

Temperatures will be cool throughout the week, some days not even getting to 60° thanks to the abundance of cloud cover expected.
