A seasonally warm but dry weekend is underway.

High temps will be in the mid 80s, thankfully dewpoints will behave so it won’t feel too muggy.
Rain chances reintroduce themselves Monday thru Wednesday.
Coverage Monday and the first half of Tuesday should be pretty spotty; timing still looks all over the place. Not seeing any rainouts.
A “cold” front will arrive sometime late Tuesday/early Wednesday and bring more widespread rain chances – most of us, if not all we at least see some rain. Maybe a rumble of thunder, but no severe weather is expected.
Rainfall totals will be generally around 0.5″ – we could use a bit more, but we’ll take it.
Temperatures behind that “cold” front will be far from cold, but it will bring in cooler temps. Highs will be much closer to average than they have been (finally). Currently, no noteworthy rain chances behind that cold front.
