Dry and Hot Until Next Week

Some of us got some decent rain yesterday, some saw none – the joys of the Wattery.

A fairly dull forecast is ahead of us for this rest of the week.

No rain chances with us thru Saturday. Low rain chances (~20%) return starting early next week, totals still don’t look all too impressive. With that said, things can change between now and then.

New Drought Monitor comes out tomorrow, we’ll see if there is any change.

Temperatures continue to run well above average this week. High temps in the low to mid 90s thru the next 7 days. Our average highs are in the low 80s.

Dewpoints hang out in the upper 50s/low 60s, so not great, but not horrible either.

Long range models think temperatures relax a bit later next week but still running a bit above average. Those Fall temps will come eventually.
