Over the next few days, we’ll deal with high temperatures running slightly above average. Dewpoints will be in the low to mid 50s, so it will still be fairly tolerable.

Below average temps return by the middle of next week – they just can’t stay away. Almost like they know it’s football season.
Long range guidance continues to suggest lovely temps stick around thru at least the first week of September. No complaints here. Blue blob in August/September = our friend. The same cannot be said during the winter months.

We’re all dry until Labor Day.
A series of shortwaves will swing thru the area, bringing 30-50% rain chances Monday thru at least Wednesday. Chances will be “highest” during the afternoon(s).
Not seeing any severe potential, but models are hinting that we could pick up 1-2″ of rain during this 3 day stretch, which we honestly need. Thankfully, rain should be spread out enough to avoid any flood concerns.
