BNA reported a low of 59° this morning, a temperature we haven’t seen in three months.
You may have thrown on a light jacket on your way out the door this morning, maybe even thinking about how Fall might have arrived early this year.
It’s hard not to, it’s inevitable. Unfortunately, this is just the annual False Fall, and we are not done with hot temperatures.
However, that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy this cooler and drier air. You totally should.
High temps will mainly be in the low 80s, waking up with temps in the mid to upper 50s. Quite the treat to close out the month of August.

We still have the entire month of September to get thru, and even the first bit of October can be hot – so the switch has not been flipped to ‘Fall’ just yet. It’s still Summer.
No real rain chances until later this week. Fairly low rain chances (<20%) will hang around Thursday thru this weekend, but these do look unimpressive. Any rainfall totals will likely be 0.1″ and less. Not seeing any real interruptions to your weekend plans as of right now – but of course that could change.
