Low Rain Chances Continue, 90s to Return Late This Week

Pretty boring week ahead, weather wise. Which, I will always take.

Low rain chances will continue daily throughout the next week or so.

Instability levels (storm fuel) will continue to be low over the next couple of days, so any rain will likely in the form of just a shower, with low chances of any thunder.

Later this week, instability levels creep back up – bringing up the thunderstorm chances, but severe chances remain very, very low. Any storm could contain heavy rain, lightning and gusty winds.

Chances will mostly be confined to the afternoon and evening hours. Those with outdoor plans, including WillCo. fair goers, should remain optimistic about staying dry but continue to keep an eye on the radar just in case.

Rainfall totals, if any, will be low.

Justtt below average to right around average high temps will continue over the next couple of days before we creep back up into the low 90s by late week. Nothing like we saw last week, but still hot regardless. Dewpoints will “only” be in the upper 60s – fairly reasonable for this time of year.
