Hoping for a Sky Full of Stars Tonight, Heat Advisory Continues Thru Wednesday

High-res models continue to show signs for a dry Coldplay concert tonight. It’ll still be hot out but think we make it without any “Sparks” – fingers crossed.

If there are any updates – we’ll post them to all of our socials.

We continue to have our Heat Advisory thru 8p Wednesday.

Heat index values will continue to peak near 109° Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon and evening.

That’s stupid hot – please take it easy if you must be outdoors for long periods of time, take frequent breaks, stay hydrated, and never leave a child or pet in a locked car for any amount of time.

High temps drop a few degrees by the weekend – but it’ll still be hot.

Afternoon and evening Wattery chances look fairly low thru the rest of the work week. They’ll still exist, but chances are only around 10-20%.

Chances bump back up towards 30-35% by this weekend. Still, not super high. Good news, but if you have any outdoor plans, keep an eye on the radar. No severe weather expected at this time – but heavy rain, lightning, and gusty winds possible with any storm that does popup.
