Dangerous Cold Continues Thru Wednesday

Although we won’t get as cold as last night, it’ll still be very cold tonight.

Official low for BNA is 15°, local backyards may be closer to single digits. Winds will be calmer tonight, so wind chill values won’t differ much from actual air temperatures.

Continue to take precautions against the cold. Wear layers if going outside, especially at morning/night. Don’t forget about people, pipes, and pets.

Still think temps won’t get above freezing until Wednesday afternoon – and even then, it’ll only be brief.

We finally “warm all the way up” into the 40s on Thursday.

Next chance of precipitation looks to be on Sunday, right now it will likely be all liquid.

No chances for any winter weather in the foreseeable future. Funny enough, if you want to see snow – you’ll have to go to the Gulf Coast. They’re preparing for a historical snowstorm.
