Cooler + Dry Rest of the Week, An Early Look at the Christmas Forecast

The rain is outta here and cooler air is moving on in.

Dry + cool will be the theme for the rest of the week, even continuing into the beginning of next week.

Our average high temps for this time of year is upper 40s, with a low around 30° – so we’ll be around average to a lil’ below average.

We’re close enough where we can start to get somewhat of an idea of how the weather will be around Christmas.

For those dreaming of a White Christmas, I’m sorry – but not this year. Temps are looking to be a little above-average this year.

If you are dreaming of a Wet Christmas, odds are looking like your dreams may come true.

“For Christmas Eve, rain is expected during the day and continuing into Christmas morning/day…At this time, no severe or flood hazards are expected. Regardless it looks like wet travels for anyone moving through Middle Tennessee whether it`s by vehicle, air, or sleigh on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.” – NWS Nashville Forecast Discussion

We can get into the more specific deets as X-mas comes closer, but for now – plan for above-average temps, but soggy weather for your holiday travels.
