Models continue to indicate Halloween may be a wet one.
While the week up until Thursday will be dry, a cold front will approach us and bring us our rain chances.
The GFS, Euro, and ICON model continue to be consistent with timing, showing a rainy time for candy getting. While the NAM model thinks maybe the rain holds off just a tad, allowing for some dry trick or treating.

Still several days away, so hoping models start to trend later or way earlier – we could use the rain, just bad timing!
Rainfall totals look to be in the range of 0.5″ to 1″ – while no severe weather is expected, a brief thunderstorm can’t be ruled out. A few poor drainage roads could see some brief ponding.
A few showers could be leftover Friday morning, but rest of the weekend looks dry.
With the exception of Friday, temperatures thru the next 7 days will be above average.

Looking ahead into the 6-10 day range, temperatures are likely to be above average and precip is expected to be above average as well.
