Friday/Saturday May Be Only Chance of Rain This Month

Today is the 23rd consecutive day of no rain. That is no good.

The only chance of rain in the next week, and it’s not very promising, is Friday night into Saturday morning.

And by chance of rain, the current probability of seeing any measurable rainfall is ~10%. The odds are certainly against us, and at most it would be a quick sprinkle. Nothing of significance.

Models hint that our next rain chance would be at the very end of this month, if not early November. If we don’t see our first ever completely dry calendar month, it’ll be realllll close.

If doing any outdoor burning, please use extra caution. Although winds will generally be light, it won’t take much for fire to spread quickly due to the dry conditions.

Otherwise, a seasonally warm week ahead. Daily record high for Friday is 84°, looks like we could beat that.
