We should be dry thru Friday night. Can’t totally rule out a couple of showers Fri PM, but most of us prob nothing.
Saturday, a boundary to our south will start to lift north, bringing the return of moisture and rain chances. These rain chances will stick around for a bit.
“Look for scattered to numerous showers and storms each day through the extended forecast. Shear will be weak each day, so no organized severe threats are expected but rain will be heavy at times. I know some locations missed out on yesterday’s rain, but hopefully this pattern will help make us for that.” – NWS Nashville AFD
Tough to nail down any specific timing right now. Will keep you posted as the days go by.

New drought monitor came out today, doesn’t show much worsening of the drought, but also doesn’t show any improvement. Most of us still “Abnormally Dry” while those S of I-840 in a “Moderate Drought.” Hopefully we can get some decent rainfall out of this and make a dent.
Current rainfall amounts thru Wednesday night total up to around 1-2″.

Temperatures expected to stay slightly-below to near average for the next 7 days. A welcomed break from the upper 90s.
