Pushing the 100° Mark A Couple of Days, Some Lucky Wattery Winners?

It’s hot. High temps will be in the upper 90s thru Wednesday, maybe reaching the century mark on a day or two, but not much difference between 99/100 – it’s just hot.

Overnight lows in the mid 70s won’t bring much relief either.

Dewpoints in the “hairdo ruiner” category thru Monday, creeping up into “I need gills to breathe” range by Tuesday and Wednesday.

This gross combination of heat + humidity + little overnight relief will lead to dangerous conditions. If outdoors, frequent breaks + plenty of water is always a safe bet. Check in on those who may be without adequate air conditioning. Never leave kids or pets unattended in a parked car.

The HRRR model suggest a very select few of us may be Wattery winners this weekend. While a quick shower can’t be ruled out, most of us will likely stay dry.

Legit rain chances return to the forecast Wednesday and Thursday, bringing some relief from the heat.
