(Probably) Dry Next Two Days In Exchange For A Wet Week Ahead

Today and tomorrow look dry. If we were to see any rain, it’d be today, but those chances are very low. Sun will dominate, thankfully dewpoints will be tame so heat index values will not differ greatly from the actual temp.

Friends gif. David Schwimmer as Ross opens the door to his apartment and turns around with a smug look on his face. He says, “cool,” quickly and then leaves his apartment with a smile on his face.

Active Week Ahead

The start of a wet week ahead will begin on Father’s Day.

Good news:

  • we still are not outlooked for severe weather, those chances are to our southwest
  • the rain looks to hold off until later in the day, so not a complete washout

Some strong storms can’t be ruled out. The HRRR model will come into range later today, so it’ll be nice to see its opinion.

And we’ll have daily rain chances through at least Thursday. Currently, no severe weather expected. Rainfall totals through Thursday will range from one to two inches.
