Awesome Labor Day Weekend Ahead

Current Radar

Tonight: Mostly Clear, Cool! – Temperatures Fall Into the 60s

Rain-free, cloud free, and that will allow us to bottom out in the lower 60s for morning lows. I would not be surprised if some spots dip down into the upper 50s overnight! Tonight’s weather will be great for spending outdoors and sure will give you a taste of fall…you might even want a jacket. read more

Quiet Tonight, Slight Chance of PM T-Storm Tomorrow

Current Radar

Tonight: Calm and Collected, Nice Nashville Sounds Weather

Update: One small shower developed over Brentwood this afternoon. Other than that, we don’t expect much in the way of rainfall this evening. Temperatures will fall through the low 80s later this evening, with humidity holding strong (dew points in the 70s). Tonight will be great for an evening at the Sounds Ballpark. read more

More Heat & Humidity

This gif expresses how I feel about the heat:

Here we have the Biebs representing HEAT, sticking out in the crowd, and being obnoxious about it with the gold watch, two gold chains, red hot hat brim, indoor sunglasses, and that unnecessarily cool way he grips the water bottle. I like that he’s hydrating (although, why two tiny sips, Biebs?), but I can’t think that leather (?) garbage-bag-styled shirt is the loose, lightweight clothing that makes more sense during a heat wave. And worst part about it, is the gif never moves on. It’s stuck in an interminable loop. read more

Afternoon Storms, HOT Weather Continues

Current Radar

Tonight: Warm and Humid, Drying Out (Hopefully)

Update: Showers and storms, some severe, are moving across the area. If you have any storm reports, please tweet #tSpotter with your messages and pictures.

What’s new besides that? Not too much. Keeping it simple with temperatures falling through the 80s by mid-evening. The rain valve *should* shut off by 7 or 8pm at the very latest. read more
