Waiting For A Cooldown; Likely Dry Until Thursday

For those of you that do have the day off, it won’t be the worst weather to get outside. Highs in the low to mid 90s and dry (although it’s not impossible we see a quick shower around sunset). Not a bad day for the pool. Or to sit inside in the A/C. But also, S/O to essential workers.

Tuesday and Wednesday will be quite similar. Dry with high temps in the low to mid 90s. Dewpoints in the mid 60s aren’t great but it’ll be a noticeable difference from the low 70s.

Meaningful rain chances won’t return until Thursday PM. Although our rain chances do continue to trend up, now around 50-60%. Nothing concerning, just some scattered showers and storms possible. Rainfall totals don’t look like a ton (generally 0.25-0.5″), but we’ll take all we can get.

“Low to medium rain chances will linger Friday and into the weekend. As far as temperatures go, they’ll cool some late week, but will still be above normal.” says NWS Nashville – doesn’t look like any rainouts but things could always change.

Still waiting on a nice cool down. It’ll come, just not this week.
