Thankfully, rain chances will be on the lower end of things, around 10-15%, thru Tuesday. We are good on rain.

Still can’t rule out a stray shower/storm during the afternoon/early evening hours, but I do think winning Wattery tickets will be few and far between.

Storm chances rise back up towards the ‘medium’ range as we get into Wednesday and Thursday. Although there’s still some disagreements amongst models in regard to just how much rain we see. This is something we’ll keep an eye on.

Our temperature + dewpoint combo will worsen this week. High temps in the low to mid 90s with dewpoints in the low to mid 70s will send heat index values near 105°.

That’s right around the criteria for a Heat Advisory, so certainly won’t be shocked if we saw that get issued for at least some portion of the upcoming week.

While this kind of heat isn’t unheard of around here, it’s still something to keep in mind this week, especially as school starts back up. Take precautions against the heat and always look before you lock.
