Can’t Shake The Daily Rain/Storm Chances

There’s uncertainty to some degree in every forecast, but there’s a little extra in tonight’s.

Models have not handled the showers/storms that are ongoing today, so it’s likely that they might not have a good grip on things later today.

For what it’s worth, the latest HRRR model shows continued on/off showers/storms thru the rest of the day.

For those with outdoor plans this evening, including going to Chris Stapleton, I’d recommend packing rain gear and a little extra patience in case of any delays. Unfortunately, this will be one of those situations where we just have to wait and watch the radar. Stay connected!

If you aren’t tired of the rain chances yet, you might be after this next week. Medium to high rain/storm chances continue to be in the forecast everyday thru at least Friday. It’s almost Wattery style, with random popups mostly confined to the afternoons/evenings. Good news is that no severe weather is expected, although any storm could produce some gusty winds and lightning.

For those with plans the rest of this Memorial Day weekend and next week, remain flexible. Having a backup indoor plan will be crucial, although you should remain optimistic.

Both high and low temperatures remain fairly consistent throughout the next 7 days. Warm afternoons with mild mornings.
