Healthy Rainfall Thru Tuesday Night

Scattered light showers will continue throughout the day on Monday. We should get a break this afternoon and evening before more rain moves in overnight. You can always check the radar on our website here: Radar | Nashville Severe Weather

Majority of our rainfall will fall on Tuesday.

On/off rain will be around for most of the day, with heavier showers, maybe a rumble of thunder in the afternoon and evening. No severe weather in the forecast.

Rainfall totals have continued to trend up, closer to 1.5″ now. This would nearly be half of our average rainfall for October, so certainly would be nice, especially with the recent dryness. We should avoid any flooding issues.

Models have continued to think activity moves out quickly, leaving us with a dry Wednesday.

Following the passage of the cold front, we’ll be treated with some great weather. I almost called it “False Fall” – but then I remembered, it is Fall.

High temps in the mid 70s, waking up with temps in the mid 50s. No other rain chances this week. Knowing that weather is coming just really adds to the Victory Monday mood.
